Gregory Tino has an amazing series of books titled ‘Autism and I’ exploring their experiences as a non-speaker. There is invaluable insight here and Gregory’s humour always shines through in his writing. Fantastic illustrations too!

‘Have I been Autistic All Along?’ by Cara Lee is a great self-reflective book for adults questioning whether they are Autistic and looking to understand this. Cara provides many examples with a good amount of information to guide readers in reflecting on their experiences and journey of self-discovery.
