A week of In-Service Day Training

It has certainly been an eventful week of training! On Monday in West Lothian to deliver a session to the teachers at Kirknewton Primary School on ways of supporting Autistic people in school.

On Wednesday I had two sessions during Glasgow City Council’s in-service day. I started the morning with a training session on creating safety for Autistic pupils with the teaching staff at Pirie Park primary school. Following this, I facilitated an afternoon session with the early years staff at Monkey Puzzle nursery in Glasgow Central.

Thank you to each group for the opportunity and for their enthusiasm throughout the sessions to better understand and support the Autistic people that they work with. It has been a very fulfilling week! 🙂

The two photos above were taken during my session to the staff at Pirie Park Primary school.
